PAYMENT OPTIONS
- After Inspection has been performed the CALL OUT Fees are due and payable irrespective of the outcome of the inspection or who ultimately issues the certificates. Should you decline our quote and have the remedial work performed by others please ensure that they are qualified to issue you with a Certificate as Blue Bay cannot take responsibility for materials and workmanship supplied by others
- On acceptance of quote an deposit is payable. This amount which will cover the material cost can be transferred via Electronic Bank Transfer to our Nedbank account (bank details will appear in your quotation/invoice). The balance is due on day when works are scheduled. Please note that the Certificate of Conformance will not be issued unless the full payment as agreed has been made
- Once your upfront payment has been processed and approved we will be in touch within 1 working day to acknowledge your order and will then update you on what happens next and confirm estimated timescales.
- In the event that drilling is required the location of plumbing pipework or electrical armoured cable must be established before such work commence as Blue Bay cannot take responsibility for damage to these services
- Works exclude the provision of 220V plug point within 1 meter of appliance and the supply of cold & hot water to/from the Gas Water Heater
- Quotations are subject to availability of stock
